This is the sheet music that goes with Trick or Treaters March Game. The game is a fun singing and keeping the beat game for the elementary music classroom that I created! The song is to the tune of "Pass the Pumpkin." Students play this game in the format of "duck, duck, goose." However, as they walk around the circle all students will be singing the Trick or Treaters March song and patting to the steady beat. When the song ends, a student in the sitting circle is tapped and must stand and chase the student who was "it." If the student is tagged before making it back to sit in the empty spot in the circle, they will sit in the center of the circle with a small percussion instrument and will play it to the beat of the song for the next round as the rest of the students sing and pat the beat on their knees. The student in the middle will remain there until another student is tagged during a chase and takes their place. Check it out on my youtube channel!
